Embody & Awaken: A Journey through Dance & Cacao (learn tools to infuse your Zouk with new inspiration)
Step into a vibrant experience of Embodiment Dance that will make you feel alive, grounded and empowered. Guided by the principles of Embodiment Dance, and supported by the heart-opening wisdom of cacao. This event invites you to awaken your proprioceptive and interoceptive capacities through full-bodied and intelligent movement. You’ll be expertly guided by Jonny, so there is no need to think or work with your mind, this is a space of connection, integration and healing for your mind and body. You do not need any previous dance experience to participate.
